INAUGURAZIONE MOSTRA: mercoledì 21 settembre alle ore 17
REGOLAMENTO:
La partecipazione alla mostra è aperta a tutti i fotografi, professionisti e/o amatoriali, di qualsiasi nazionalità.
Ogni partecipante può presentare fino a n. 5 fotografie in formato ridotto a 72 dpi per la selezione, inviandole per posta elettronica al seguente indirizzo e-mail: wpf.alzheimer@gmail.com entro il 31 agosto 2016.
Verranno selezionati i migliori Artisti a livello nazionale ed internazionale, con massimo 2 fotografie ad autore, che si distingueranno per originalità e qualità delle loro opere e che desiderano mettere la loro arte al servizio della solidarietà.
La commissione selezionatrice sarà così composta: Presidente di commissione Raimondo Musolino, presidente circolo fotografico “Il Castello” di Taranto e docente FIAF; Giorgio Ciardo, fotografo e docente di fotografia; lo staff del gruppo “Welcome in Passione Foto” e il direttivo dell’associazione onlus Alzheimer Più.
Gli autori selezionati saranno contattati via e-mail e/o telefonicamente.
L’operato della Giuria, per quanto riguarda l’ammissione delle opere, è insindacabile ed incontestabile.
Nella e-mail di partecipazione, indicare NOME COGNOME, eventuale TITOLO dell’opera, oltre che indirizzo civico e recapito telefonico.
Dichiarare la propria autorizzazione all’esposizione delle immagini in forma del tutto gratuita e la divulgazione nei vari canali Media digitali e non.
Tutti i diritti relativi alle immagini inviate ed esposte in mostra rimangono di proprietà del partecipante.
Ogni partecipante è responsabile di quanto oggetto delle proprie opere, sollevando gli organizzatori da ogni responsabilità di eventuali soggetti raffigurati nelle fotografie, comprese le responsabilità relative alla liberatoria da parte delle persone ritratte nelle sue immagini (qualora dovessero essere presenti).
L’organizzazione, garantendo la massima cura, declina ogni responsabilità per la perdita o il danneggiamento delle opere, per cause indipendenti dalla propria volontà.
I fotografi selezionati dovranno versare un contributo di Euro 40 secondo le modalità che gli verranno comunicate.
I fotografi selezionati riceveranno attestato di partecipazione, critica artistica sull’opera più bella tra quelle inviate della docente di storia dell’arte e critica artistica Iris Missaggia, l’inserimento nel progetto Fotografando Parole di Paola Palmaroli, scrittrice e critica artistica e una copia del catalogo che raccoglierà una fotografia per ogni fotografo selezionato per l’evento.
Gli Autori selezionati avranno la possibilità di partecipare GRATUITAMENTE a un workshop sul ritratto tenuto a Taranto dal docente di fotografia Giorgio Ciardo e ai caffè fotografici previsti nelle città d’Italia ospitanti per confrontarsi, di volta in volta, con fotografi professionisti i cui nomi verranno comunicati insieme alle date previste per le mostre.
Le fotografie selezionate ed esposte saranno utilizzate per una mostra itinerante che attraverserà l’Italia dal sud al nord, con partenza da Taranto e almeno due tappe che verranno comunicate ai fotografi di volta in volta.
Le fotografie verranno messe inoltre in vendita fino ad un massimo di copie cinque per fotografia e il ricavato verrà interamente devoluto all’Associazione Alzheimer Più per i fini statutari della stessa.
Tipologia delle fotografie
I file delle immagini dovranno essere obbligatoriamente in formato JPG, con estensione .jpg e .jpeg., 300dpi, 4000 pixel nel lato più lungo. Le fotografie possono essere a colori, oppure in bianco e nero. Sono ammesse correzioni digitali in post produzione (quali tagli, aggiustamento colori, contrasto, rimozione macchie, ecc.).
La partecipazione alla mostra implica l’accettazione integrale del presente regolamento.
GEMELLAGGIO
PER TALE EVENTO WELCOME IN PASSIONE FOTO FARA’ UN GEMELLAGGIO CON L’ASSOCIAZIONE FOTOGRAFICA FRANCESE International collective of photographers EQUICHIER, ospitando per la prima inaugurazione a Taranto il Presidente dell’associazione Alain Delanneau e una delegazione di fotografi francesi, accompagnati dalla fotografa Sonia Ciafardini, curatrice per le mostre con l’estero di Welcome in Passione Foto.
Tutti i fotografi selezionati sono invitati a partecipare all’inaugurazione della mostra e degli eventi previsti a Taranto per avere anche l’occasione di conoscere i fotografi dell’associazione francese. Il gemellaggio tra Welcome in Passione Foto e Echiquier si completerà in Francia il prossimo anno con un altro bellissimo evento solidale di cui verrà data comunicazione ai fotografi di entrambi i gruppi fotografici.
I fotografi che vorranno raggiungerci a Taranto dall’estero o da altre città d’Italia possono rivolgersi al numero 3403980704 per avere agevolazioni sui costi di soggiorno, sui pasti, sugli spostamenti e tutto ciò di cui potrebbero aver bisogno.

Every photographer, professional and / or amateur, of all nationalities is free to participate to the exposition.
Each participant may participate to the selection with n. 5 photos in a reduced size of 72 dpi, sending them by email in which they indicate NAME, LAST NAME, TITLE, as well as civic address and telephone number to the following email address: wpf.alzheimer@gmail.com before August 31, 2016.
The best national and international artists who will distinguish themselves for their originality and quality and who want to elevate their art with the aim of solidarity will be selected, with a maximum of 2 photos per author.
The commission that will select the artists will be headed by Raimondo Musolino, President of the photographic association “Il Castello” in Taranto and a teacher of the FIAF (Italian Federation of Photographic Associations); Giorgio Ciardo, photographer and teacher of photography; the Welcome in Passione foto staff and the non-profit Alzheimer Più staff.
The selected authors will be contacted by-mail and / or telephone.
The work of the Jury, for the admission of the works, is unquestionable and incontestable.
The authors have to declare their own authorization to the exposition of images absolutely for free and their spread in various digital media channels and not.
All the rights reserved of the images sent and exposed in the exposition remain the property of the participant.
Every participant is responsible for the subject of their works, excluding the organizers from all responsibilities for any subject shown in the photos, including responsibilities related to the authorization of the portrayed people in the images (if they are present).
The organization, ensuring the extreme care, doesn’t accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of the works, for reasons beyond its control.
The selected photographers will give a contribute of € 40, according to the modalities that will be communicated.
The selected photographers will receive a certificate of participation, an artistic critique from the artistic critique Iris Missaggia for the most beautiful photo through the sent photos, the inclusion in the project Fotografando parole of the writer and artistic critique Paola Palmaroli and a copy of the catalogue that will collect a photo from each selected photographer for this event.
The selected authors will have the opportunity to participate for FREE in a workshop on the portrait held in Taranto by Giorgio Ciardo, a teacher of photography, and in some “photographic coffees” expected in the host cities of Italy, to discuss with professional photographers whose names will be announced approximately with the dates expected for the expositions.
Selected and exposed photos will be used for a traveling exposition that will cross Italy from south to north, starting from Taranto in Apulia and continuing for at least two cities that will be communicated to the photographers from time to time.
The photos will be used also for sale, up to a maximum of five copies for photography and the profits will be donated to the Alzheimer Più for its statutory aims.
Photo typology
The image files must be in JPG format, with the extension .jpg and .jpeg., 300dpi, 4000 pixels on the longest side.
The photos can be in colours or in black and white.
Digital correction in post production are permissible (such as crops, color adjustment, contrast, removing stains, etc.).
The Participation in the exhibition implies the full acceptance of this regulation.
TWINNING
FOR THIS EVENT WELCOME IN PASSION PHOTO will make a TWINNING with a FRENCH PHOTOGRAPHIC ASSOCIATION “International collective of photographers EQUICHIER”, hosting for the first inauguration in Taranto the President of Equichier Alain Delanneau and a delegation of French photographers, accompanied by the photographer Sonia Ciafardini, curator of the abroad expositions for Welcome in Passione Foto.
All selected photographers are invited to participate in the inauguration of the exposition and events planned in Taranto to have the opportunity to meet the French association photographers too.
The twinning between Welcome in Passione Foto and Echiquier will be completed in France in 2017 with another beautiful solidarity exposition. Photographers of both the photographic groups will be contacted for more informations.
